Where is my order?

A : Every order is shipped via the United States Postal Service. When your order is packed and weighed a label is then generated. You are emailed a tracking number with which you are able to track the progress of your package. If your package says Delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office asap! Sometimes a package is scanned incorrectly and will most likely show up the following day.

My Magic Place is not responsible for a package once it shows "delivered".

 If, when you track your package there is a delay or an issue on the part of the postal service, please contact your local post office or mail carrier. This is normally the quickest way of resolving any issue.


Order Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by USPS and displayed at checkout. 

We currently offer free shipping for orders over $35

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mymagicplaceshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Exchange Details

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if you find that you are not, just e-mail us and we will make every effort to correct the problem.

If we cannot make you happy, we DO offer a return policy allowing you to return items in NEW condition within 30 business days. Refund will be of product cost BEFORE shipping charges. We do refund shipping charges if the mistake was ours.
