Arrived as expected and feels like a quality item. My only qualm is that you have to be very specific about lining the incense up so that it falls on the holder (may just be a quirk of my holder) and careful when disposing since all the grooves make it easy for the ash to fall during transport. It's a lovely addition to my space though! Will shop again!
